Mind

Suffering is not an obstacle but the path to healing: it expresses an unconscious imbalance that forces us to inquire, to penetrate into the experience of pain in order to to give it consciousness and achieve health

Some precious men and women have used the suffering for looking at themselves, for transcending the limited appearance of a painful situation. They can iluminate our lifes:

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we face the challenge of changing ourselves”. Victor Frankl

“Perhaps suffering and love have a capacity for redemption that human been have forgotten or, at least, neglected” . M.Luther King

“Sometimes in the dark, in the complicated, the truth is touched”.C. Martín Gaite

“As far as we can discern, the only purpose of human existence is to turn on a light in the darkness of simple being (…) There is no awareness without pain”. C.G.Jung

“Kill me, oh friend of true trust”. Rumi
